We are rapidly growing and currently looking for a person who is experienced in developing WordPress websites with a mobile-first approach and who is also interested in managing pay-per-click and social media ads. This is a hybrid position where we envision 50% of work would be web support/development related and 50% of work would be creating and managing digital ad campaigns.
Job Description: As a Web Developer & Digital Ad Manager you’ll work closely with our project managers and designers to develop websites and digital ad campaigns that drive results. You will reskin WordPress themes and build custom solutions from scratch. As a Digital Ad Manager you will work closely with our writers and designers to develop and manage PPC and social media ad campaigns.

Your web developer responsibilities:
- Developing highly scalable websites
- Translating requirements and mock-ups into fully functioning features
- Collaborating with our product managers to define strategic solutions based on our clients requirements
- Evaluating and improving the performance, durability, and security of applications in production
- Making architecture decisions, debating them with the team and helping ensure that we’re building clean, maintainable, beautiful websites
- Training clients on WordPress content management system platform
- Training clients on Google Analytics

Your digital ad developer responsibilities:
- Design and management of strategic AdWord campaigns
- Design and management of strategic Social Media campaigns
- Developing effective marketing strategies and digital ad campaigns on both a local and global scale
- Collaborating with our creative team to define strategic solutions based on our clients requirements
- Develop high converting landing pages
- Creating robust lead measuring and reporting metrics
- Evaluating reports and improving the performance of all advertising campaigns
- Client training for social platforms and ad management
- Execution of detailed job estimates for use in client proposals
Skills:
- Execution of responsive and mobile web optimization techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot site performance issues
